As our Course Delivery and Accreditations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of CITI’s growth by:
Role / purpose
- To manage and oversee the accreditations process and course content within CITI
- Maintain strong relationships with accrediting bodies and subject matter experts
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients
- Actively facilitating and delivering Project, Programme and Change Management courses to our clients
- All activities are geared towards one purpose supporting and enhancing the capability of our clients and our profession.

- Business and Finance Manager
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Support operations: Ensure excellent service delivery to clients and support with day-to-day operational activities
- Accreditations management: Own relationships and liaise with accrediting bodies and ensure course content meets their standards
- Content quality assurance: Support the Operations Team in updating, quality-assuring, and aligning content with accrediting bodies’ expectations
- Relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with Lead Trainers, facilitators, and accrediting bodies
- Content development: Build and manage CITI’s formal learning portfolio, ensuring all materials are current, consistent, and quality assured
- Presentations and Webinars: Deliver webinars and content-specific presentations as needed
- Facilitation: Facilitate courses in both face-to-face and virtual classrooms.
