The APM Project Management Awards 2025 brought together the brightest minds and most impactful projects in the industry, recognising outstanding achievements that drive meaningful change. This year’s ceremony was a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation, and sustainability in shaping a better future.
What is the event about?
On Monday 17th November, Team CITI celebrated the prestigious APM Project Management Awards 2025, looking at the best of the best in the industry. We sponsor the ‘APM Social Project of the Year’ and ‘APM Sustainability Award‘ and were delighted to mix with some of the most innovative teams in the country.

“Recognising and rewarding projects with the specific aim of developing solutions that deliver benefits to society and communities, whether they are local, regional, national or global. The Social Project of the Year Award is given to the team whose project demonstrates the most effective use of project management and the greatest benefits and outcomes to end users and communities in projects seeking to address the concerns of 21st century society globally. This may include (but is not limited to) sustainability and climate change, conservation, disease prevention and treatment, equality, diversity and inclusion and health and wellbeing.”

The Rochdale Development Agency has transformed a historic landmark into a vibrant hub for the community. The regeneration of Rochdale Town Hall Quarter is more than a restoration—it’s a bold statement about preserving heritage while creating inclusive spaces for future generations. This project exemplifies how social value can be embedded into every stage of delivery, ensuring long-term benefits for local people and businesses.
