- Promoter – The promoter is CITI Limited.
- Eligibility – The prize draw is open to attendees of the APM Conference 2026 aged 18 or over. Employees of CITI Limited and anyone directly connected with the promotion are excluded.
- How to enter – Entry is free. To enter, participants must complete the CITI Change Diamond Pop Quiz during the conference. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Prizes – Prizes include leadership development sessions and/or access to Change Diamond eLearning, as determined by CITI Limited. Prizes are non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Winner selection – Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the conference. The promoter’s decision is final.
- Notification – Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the point of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Data protection – Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and in accordance with CITI Limited’s privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
- General – The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time if necessary. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
