Participants explore how benefits link to organisational strategy, business cases, stakeholder expectations and change adoption, while developing practical approaches to managing benefits throughout delivery and into business-as-usual operations.
Topics include benefits governance, benefit dependency mapping, benefits realisation planning, performance measures, benefits reviews, common causes of benefits failure, and approaches for sustaining value over time.
