What was the event about?

Designed exclusively for Health and Social Care professionals, this event brought together an industry that has constant challenge, change and innovation.

The Healthcare Project and Change Association (HPCA) welcomed industry experts to share insights and help continue to drive successful change in the profession. There was valuable networking, knowledge sharing and inspiring conversations throughout the day.

How did we get involved?

We exhibited with colleagues sharing insights and conversations around navigating change

We delivered the 2nd of our 3-part series talking about our Change Diamond. The first session covered the topics around ‘making change wanted’. The conference talk was part 2 – making change happen. The 3rd and final part of the series is all about making change stick. Stay tuned in the new year for that.

We also sponsored one of the awards – ‘Contribution to Professional Collaboration’ – Huge congratulations to all of the winners on the day.
