The overview
We are searching for a Course Delivery and Accreditations Manager to join our small but ambitious growing team here in Milton Keynes to help accelerate our organisation as we develop our offerings to the market. The role will involve learning the CITI approach, supporting operation, building and maintain relationships with partners and accrediting bodies, developing course content and delivering successful courses to our clients.

Location Milton Keynes (MK5) * You must have a full valid UK Drivers Licence. This role requires travel.
Hours Full time, permanent
Flexibility Hybrid working (office based minimum 3 days per week) with travel to sites when required to deliver accredited training courses
Salary Competitive salary that will increase inline with growth and development in the organisation

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Course Delivery and Accreditations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will manage our day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will oversee the accreditation process, manage course content, and maintain strong relationships with accrediting bodies and subject matter experts.
In addition to these tasks, a large part of this role will involve actively facilitating and delivering accredited Project, Programme and Change Management courses to our clients. You need to be comfortable and confident in delivering courses, being people facing and passionate about delivery.
Roles and responsibilities
Below are some examples of the tasks you will be getting stuck into daily, but we are looking for someone who is dynamic and can adapt when required on special projects and as we evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operations: Ensure excellent service delivery to clients and support with day-to-day operational activities
- Accreditations management: Own relationships and liaise with accrediting bodies and ensure course content meets their standards
- Content quality assurance: Support the Operations Team in updating, quality-assuring, and aligning content with accrediting bodies’ expectations
- Relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with Lead Trainers, facilitators, and accrediting bodies
- Content development: Build and manage CITI’s formal learning portfolio, ensuring all materials are current, consistent, and quality-assured
- Presentations and Webinars: Deliver webinars and content-specific presentations as needed
- Facilitation: Facilitate courses in both face-to-face and virtual classrooms.
Success Factors:
- Understanding of CITI’s value proposition and content
- Familiarity with accrediting bodies and their processes
- Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships with subject matter experts and content delivery specialists
- Proficiency in developing and managing a comprehensive content library
- Capability to deliver accredited courses effectively.
