Biography

Fiona's passion lies in developing programme, project and change managers with both the leadership skills and technical skills required for change in the 21st century. During her 25 year career she has held a number of senior management positions, worked within a variety of industries, spoken at global conferences and facilitated many workshops.

Strengths

Her success in developing individuals at all levels, and across more than 25 countries world-wide, comes from her professional, interactive and entertaining style of delivery; providing an effective, rewarding and enjoyable learning experience. Fiona delights in generating purposeful conversation in facilitated workshops enabling simplicity, clarity and commitment to change.

Responsibilities

In the role of managing consultant Fiona supports our clients through change by developing their skills and capabilities, facilitating the simplification of what seems complex and supporting the embedding of change to realise lasting value for organisations, large and small.
