CITI are an independent learning and development company born out of Cranfield University. Our goal is to improve organisational and personal capability in portfolio, programme and project management, leading to positive change.
Learning and development is at the heart of CITI and we have supported the development of thousands of individuals through capability assessments, custom and accredited courses, coaching and mentoring, and follow up consultancy to support embedding the learning.
We design and deliver many client specific courses using our own industry leading techniques and concepts and we are accredited to deliver qualification based courses such as APMP, Principles of Change Management, PRINCE2® and MSP®.
CITI also have an online learning offering for those not able to attend face-to-face events. These courses are aimed at developing knowledge and methodology.
Our delivery approach has been developed from extensive research into successful projects and project managers with years of real world experience. To clients, this is what makes us unique and their learning partner of choice.
Our learning consultants have a true passion for transferring skills and years of experience to share. They are strong leaders, highly motivated with a passion for delivering your vision.
These courses are aimed at those that are not able to attend a traditional course, and who require knowledge and methodology.
If you are looking to gain a recognised project management qualification:
Our courses are designed and structured into a development pathway taking you from 'new to projects' all the way through to the most senior of programme and portfolio roles.
The principal focus of a 'reflect - learn - act' workshop is the exploration of differences between the mental model(s) you use to understand a situation, and current reality. Rather than always using your current views on the situation (potentially rejecting an important reality), you are able to explore new perspectives and approaches. This will typically involve a fresh understanding of the situation, which modifies your mental model(s) and enhances your approach to addressing workplace challenges. A real 'win-win'!
